The Statistics dashboard serves as the central intelligence hub, providing data on financial health, inventory risks, and operational efficiency across all your sites.
π Accessing Statistics
To view the statistics:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- Click on the Statistics icon (chart icon) in the navigation menu.
π Key Metrics (KPIs)
The top section displays critical performance indicators:
- Total Sales: Gross revenue for the selected period.
- Net Profit: Revenue minus Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Active Orders: Service requests currently in the pipeline.
- Stock Value: Total monetary value of assets currently in inventory.
- Client Growth: New customer acquisition rate.

This is the most critical section for compliance:
- Expiring Soon: Items (e.g., foam, chemicals) reaching shelf life within 30 days.
- Expired: Items that must be disposed of or serviced immediately.
- Low Stock: Inventory dipping below minimum safety levels.

- Average Delivery Time: How long it takes from βPendingβ to βDoneβ.
- Technician Activity: (If applicable) Service volume per team member.

Filter data to analyze specific periods:
- Today / Yesterday
- Last 7 Days

- Custom Range: Select specific start and end dates for quarterly or annual reviews.
