🔐 Account Setup

Welcome to Fire Fill. Follow these steps to create your account and get started with our cross-platform solution (Mobile, Desktop, Web).

🆕 Creating an Account

  1. Launch Fire Fill: Open the application on your device or navigate to the web portal.
  2. On the welcome screen, click Sign Up.
  3. Fill in the required information:
    • First Name & Last Name
    • Email Address: This will serve as your primary username.
    • Password: Create a secure password (minimum 6 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and a digit).
    • Phone Number: Enter a valid mobile number for account verification.
  4. Agree to Terms: Read and accept the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  5. Click Sign Up.

🔄 Alternative Sign-Up Methods

You can also sign up quickly using your existing social accounts:

  • Google: Click the Google icon to authenticate with your Google account.
  • Facebook: Click the Facebook icon to authenticate with your Facebook account.
  • Apple: (iOS only) Sign in with Apple ID.

🔑 Signing In

If you already have an account:

  1. Click Sign In on the welcome screen.
  2. Enter your Email and Password.
  3. Click Sign In.

❓ Forgot Password?

  1. Click the Forgot Password? link on the Sign In screen.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Check your email for a password reset link and follow the instructions to reset your credentials.

✅ Verification

Depending on your region and sign-up method, you may need to verify your email or phone number to fully activate your account features.
