Create, manage, and distribute professional documentation for your services, including NFPA compliance certificates and inspection reports, directly from Fire Fill.

📑 Overview

The Digital Reports module enables you to:

  • Generate PDF Certificates: Official documents verifying service compliance (e.g., NFPA standards) with your branding.
  • Customize Layouts: Choose from dynamic grid layouts (1-up, 2-up, 4-up, 6-up) to fit multiple small certificates on a single page or print full-sized reports.
  • Preview Reports: Verify data, formatting, and language before generating the final file.
  • Cross-Platform Sharing: Distribute reports digitally (Email, WhatsApp) or print directly from Mobile, Desktop, or Web.

📜 Generating a Certificate

  1. Go to the Orders or Service Requests page.
  2. Select the completed request(s) you wish to report on.
    • Note: Requests must be in the “Done” state.
  3. Click the Print icon.
  4. Select Certificate as the document type.

🛠️ Previewing and Customizing

Once the PDF preview loads:

  • Layout Selection: Use the grid icon in the top bar to change the density:
    • Auto: Best fit based on content.
    • 1: Full page per certificate.
    • 4-up / 6-up: Optimized for printing service tags or stickers to place on equipment.
  • Language: Toggle the document language (e.g., English to French) instantly without changing the app language.
  • Paper Size: Toggle between A4, A5, or specific label printer dimensions.

🖨️ Printing Reports

  1. Direct Print: Click the printer icon to send the job to a connected printer (supports Bluetooth thermal printers on Mobile).
  2. System Dialog: Choose this option for advanced control over page margins and specific printer drivers on Desktop/Web.

📤 Sharing Reports

  1. Click the Share icon.
  2. Select the destination (Email, WhatsApp, Drive, etc.).
  3. The report is shared as a high-quality, signed PDF file.

🛡️ NFPA Compliance

Reports generated through Fire Fill are designed to meet regulatory standards:

  • Automatic Data: Includes expiration date, service date, store legal info, and technician signature.
  • Traceability: Each certificate includes a unique QR code linking back to the digital record.
